Where is my business data stored?

On your device, and (if you connect it) your own Google Drive. Your orders, inventory, and financials never sit on our servers. The only thing we store is your account: who you are (Discord ID) and your subscription status.

What marketplaces does it work with?

Exclvsive.App tracks sales across eBay, StockX, GOAT, TCGPlayer, Whatnot, and more, plus purchases from any vendor you buy from. If you sell it or buy it, you can track it.

How do the AI agents work?

You add your own OpenAI API key in Settings. The CFO, Advisor, and Tax agents then analyze your actual business numbers and answer questions about them. Your key, your data, your costs. Nothing routes through us.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Exclvsive.App runs in your browser on desktop, laptop, or tablet. Sign in and it's there.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are handled by Stripe and you can cancel from your account in one click, no commitment.

Is this a bot?

No. Exclvsive.App doesn't check out, monitor drops, or automate purchases. It's the business layer: the books, tracking, and analytics for what you already buy and sell.
