This Privacy Policy explains how Exclvsive LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Exclvsive App (the "Service"). Our address is 1001 Bishop St. STE 2685A, Honolulu, HI 96813, USA.

The short version: Your business data stays on your device and your own Google Drive. We do not store your orders, inventory, or financial records on our servers. We store only the minimal account information needed to log you in and manage your subscription.

1. Information We Store

We store only what is necessary to operate accounts and billing:

Account identifiers from Discord sign-in (such as your Discord user ID, username, and avatar).
Subscription information needed to manage billing (such as your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and plan). Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card numbers.
Basic technical/security data incidental to operating the Service (such as session tokens and security logs).

2. Information We Do NOT Store

We do not store your business data on our servers. Your orders, shipments, inventory, sales, expenses, and financial records remain on your device and, if you connect it, in your own Google Drive account, which you control. We do not have access to your Google Drive contents.

3. Information Processed by Third Parties

Discord handles authentication. We receive the account identifiers described above. See Discord's privacy policy.
Stripe handles payments and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy.
Google Drive (optional) stores your backups under your own Google account and Google's privacy policy.
OpenAI (optional) processes AI requests using an API key you provide. Those requests go directly from your session to OpenAI under your own OpenAI account and OpenAI's policies. We do not route or store that content.

4. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we store to:

Authenticate you and provide access to the Service.
Manage your subscription, billing, and trials.
Provide support and communicate about your account.
Maintain security and prevent fraud.
Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party advertising in the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we store only minimal account and subscription data, these requests are limited to that data. To make a request, contact us at support@exclvsive.app. We may need to verify your identity.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we store, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
